What motivates you to teach?

I enjoy expanding the concept of fitness and what it can be; that you can have an effective workout that everyone can participate in, but that still leans towards the dance-like. It motivates me when I feel that I can help someone get to know their body better, so they can have more organic training without straining their body.

What do you emphasize in your teaching?

I particularly emphasize exercises inspired by various dance techniques, and I always prioritize quality over quantity.

What do you want your students to take away?

I hope that members feel that they have trained their stability, strength, and mobility, and also had fun. I hope they leave my class with more energy and an upright posture.

What do you particularly like about Senses?

I like the great atmosphere throughout the facility. There is a focus on well-being and relaxation as much as intense training. In my opinion, as the culture around fitness has evolved in recent years, it’s important that you don’t get as much out of intense training if you can’t also relax, wind down, and engage your mind as well as your body. Additionally, Senses maintains high standards regarding aesthetics and details, with luxurious changing rooms and baths, tea at the reception, proper studios, and more.
